SSOE is looking for a Mid to Senior level Mechanical Engineer who would like to be part of our team. The position will support local clients, but also with expectation to virtually support project teams in other locations as well. This individual will work on projects from inception through construction developing process utility PFD’s, P&ID’s, specifications and equipment selection in the early phases followed by the assembly of bid / construction packages and providing support through construction. Project types will vary from established to leading edge process clients.

A Typical Day Might Include:
Mechanical process engineer should have industrial and power piping and equipment experience, either design or maintenance. Candidate will be responsible for design and construction deliverables for projects on industrial chemical and power utility, including boilers. This position also requires a working knowledge of pipe stress analysis, along with field experience on project installation or implementation being a plus.
