We are seeking a Project Controls Group Manager to oversee and support the functions and development of the Project Controls team that supports multi-disciplinary engineering projects within high-tech, high-tech industrial, and semiconductor industries. This role requires experience in leading and managing a Project Controls team that supports multi-disciplinary engineering projects, to ensure successful planning, monitoring, and execution of projects, adhering to industry standards, and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of project control professionals that supports multi-disciplinary engineering projects, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to ensure consistent application of project control processes across various projects and project delivery.
  • Guide, direct and mentor the development of the staff and looks for ways to elevate the technical and professional growth and expertise of the team. Deploy a strategy that builds, retains, and engages all employees through inclusion and teamwork.
  • Monitor the overall project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality control strategies and procedures tailored to specific client requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance our project control tools, systems, procedures, and reporting mechanisms to monitor, track, and report project progress, costs, schedules, and risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project control processes, tools, and methodologies for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing a finance or Document Controls team, preferably with a focus on supporting multi-disciplinary engineering projects within the high-tech, high-tech industrial, or semiconductor industries.
  • Proficiency with the use of Deltek ERP is required. Experience with Deltek Advantage is a plus.
  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000/year depending on location, education, experience, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
