Responsibilities

The following technical duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team
environment.

  • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices such as monitors, mice, and phones, ensuring technical compatibility and efficiency.
  • Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications, demonstrating technical proficiency.
  • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate computer equipment effectively, demonstrating strong technical communication skills.
  • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without disrupting others’ work.
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical problems, including repairing or replacing parts and debugging. Escalates problems of unusual complexity to senior level personnel for assistance.
  • Maintain records/logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules.
  • Performs network virus scanning as directed.
  • Communicates system/technical concerns to Senior IT staff.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field with little or no experience.
  • Diploma degree in computer related field with two years of experience.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and prevailing office software required.
  • Experience with Autodesk ACC/BIM360 preferred.
  • Some experience in computer support or customer service is preferred.
  • Shift time - 6:00pm to 3:00am (India time) - Monday through Friday.
  • Full-time remote.
  • Location - Mumbai – Andheri.
