Responsibilities

The following duties are typical of the position but are not all-encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service to our clients while leading a team of architects, engineers, and interior designers within a collaborative environment.

  • Strategic Growth: Drive the growth of our Midwest architectural practice. Build and maintain client relationships at local and regional levels.
  • Leadership and Communication: Lead with strong organizational, technical, and communication skills. Be a motivated, hands-on professional who can work with a diverse team.
  • Project Coordination: Manage large architectural design projects. Lead client meetings and make key decisions to ensure project success.
  • Travel: Travel as needed.

 

What We Offer:

  • Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000/year depending on location, education, experience, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
  • Bonus and Incentives: Eligibility for our annual target bonus/incentive program based on company and individual performance and goals.

Qualifications

Who We Need:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture with registration as a licensed architect required plus twelve (12) or more years of related practical experience.
  • Professional Experience: Strong background in the design and development of educational, healthcare, and/or governmental facilities.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work with a variety of project types on multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with Revit and CADD design software.
