The following duties are typical of the position but are not all-encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service to our clients while leading a team of architects, engineers, and interior designers within a collaborative environment.
- Strategic Growth: Drive the growth of our Midwest architectural practice. Build and maintain client relationships at local and regional levels.
- Leadership and Communication: Lead with strong organizational, technical, and communication skills. Be a motivated, hands-on professional who can work with a diverse team.
- Project Coordination: Manage large architectural design projects. Lead client meetings and make key decisions to ensure project success.
- Travel: Travel as needed.
What We Offer:
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000/year depending on location, education, experience, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
- Bonus and Incentives: Eligibility for our annual target bonus/incentive program based on company and individual performance and goals.
