Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, corporate-wide recruitment focused on attracting top technical and professional talent within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
  • Partner with hiring teams to identify strategic pipelines for both experienced professionals in engineering, architecture, design and corporate functions.

Full‑Cycle Recruiting with an AEC Focus

  • Lead and participate in end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. 
  • Utilize a blend of traditional networking and modern, technology-driven sourcing methods to consistently attract candidates with specialized AEC skill sets and credentials.

Workforce Planning & Hiring Partner Collaboration

  • Collaborate with hiring teams and leadership to assess and prioritize staffing needs, ensuring recruitment strategies are tailored to the technical requirements of each role.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruiting partners by understanding project demands, workload forecasts, and upcoming hiring priorities.
  • Provide timely guidance and feedback to hiring teams and candidates to enhance the overall recruitment experience.

Pipeline Development & Talent Relationship Management

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with high‑potential technical candidates, proactively cultivating a pipeline for future engineering, design, and construction opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends, workforce availability, and compensation dynamics within the A/E marketplace to help shape competitive recruitment strategies and hiring practices.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify new and creative sourcing approaches to reach highly qualified AEC professionals, including niche talent pools and emerging workforce channels.
  • Track the effectiveness and ROI of recruitment methods; analyze data to recommend improvements in tools, processes, and outreach strategies.
  • Leverage iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage requisitions, streamline workflows, ensure compliance, and analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Utilize AI technology to improve performance and efficiency.  

Industry Engagement

  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, and targeted networking opportunities to build visibility and strengthen connections within the AEC community.

Additional Requirements

  • Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Experience in the A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Understanding of both recruiting and sales processes, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Advanced English communication skills required—strong written and verbal abilities.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.  
  • Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and provide strategic talent guidance
  • Strong time management, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
  • Ability to work evening hours as needed to support US based hiring teams.
