In this position, you’ll lead proposal kickoff meetings and facilitate strategy discussions, while working closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and operations leaders to align teams around pursuit goals, messaging, and schedules. You’ll coordinate and develop client-facing proposals, presentations, and qualifications that tell SSOE’s story with clarity and impact, while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, strategic thinking, and persuasive storytelling across fast-paced AEC markets.
